With a striking 48 years of experience in the accounts and legal domain, Mr. Edulji provides Stylus his expert advice on financial and legal
matters. He is also actively involved in providing suggestions on business management matters.
Mr. Edulji has experience in handling cash and accounts for a commercial college. He has vast work experience in handling payroll, cash, inventories, cash book writing, excise, fixed deposits and daily cash flow statements for a steel company. He also assisted the Company Secretary and attended board meetings in his absence. The company soon went public and was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, where
he managed 1,000 workers.
Mr. Edulji took the next step in his career by joining an electronic vibration manufacturing company as an Assistant Finance Manager, where he was promoted as a Finance Manager within 1.5 years. After 3 years, he was transferred to the holding company as the Deputy Secretary where Mr. Edulji also handled bonus and rights issue and buy-back of shares of the company. In addition, Mr. Edulji handled High Court and Tribunal Matters in respect of the cases filed by the collaborators, where he dealt with the company's solicitors and settled draft petitions and affidavits in various court matters.
Today, Mr. Edulji renders his services as a Company Secretary to a project engineering company while also providing business consulting, accounting and legal services to Stylus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in the capacity of the director of the company.
